- For a price or a survey: fill in the quote form. It asks about your conservatory's shape, size and current roof, and a surveyor calls you back to arrange a visit.
- For anything else: email hello@larkspurconservatoryroofs.co.uk. That includes questions about a price we have sent, a roof we have fitted or a guarantee claim.

Have these ready
The surveyor who calls you will get further, faster, with:
- your postcode;
- the rough length and width of the conservatory floor in metres;
- whether the roof today is polycarbonate or glass, if you know;
- two photos: the roof seen from outside, and the ceiling seen from within.

Is there a phone number I can call?
The quickest route is the quote form or email. A surveyor then phones you at a time that suits, within our opening hours.
How do I send photos of my conservatory?
Attach them to an email to hello@larkspurconservatoryroofs.co.uk and add your postcode. An outside shot of the roof plus one looking up from indoors covers most things.
Can I get in touch on a Sunday?
Yes, by form or email. We are closed on Sundays, so the reply comes from Monday morning.
I already have a roof from you and something is wrong. What should I do?
Email us with your address, roughly when the roof was fitted and a photo of the problem. The guarantee page explains how claims work.
