What you tell us

Your name, phone number, email, postcode and your answers about the conservatory (roof, shape, size, timing), plus any note you add. We also log the page you used, the time and your IP address to keep the form safe from abuse.

What we do with it

Book your survey, prepare your price, fit your roof if you go ahead, and keep in touch about it by phone, text and email. We rely on your consent and on steps you ask us to take before a contract.

Who sees it

The installation company that carries out your survey and fitting, and our customer management system (HighLevel), which holds enquiries for us. Your details are never sold.

How long

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted after 24 months. Customer records are kept for the guarantee period plus six years.

Your rights

Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, or withdraw consent at any time: hello@larkspurconservatoryroofs.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
